Oct 29 2017 7 02am does vigil stack. What if vigil had another effect that increases the range of perks like leader prove thyself breakout etc. If vigil stacks then it should be 80 reduction and something something 6 8 seconds of exhaustion recovery time while crouched with 4 vigils.
This doesnt seem right. So anywhere between the 8 16 range. Perk descriptions may vary from in game descriptions for reasons explained here perks support mouse over functionality desktop version only.
Vigil will take away 8 seconds from 40 and 16 seconds from 80.
